 Shamanism is probably humankind's
oldest healing tradition having survived for tens of
thousands of years. Because of their psychological techniques,
shames are sometimes described as the world's first
psychologists and psychotherapists, shamans are often
confused with other healing practitioners such as priests,
mediums, and with doctors and do in fact often fill
these roles.
However, they can be distinguished and defined as practitioners
whose activities include a method of gaining information
by voluntarily entering alternate states of consciousness
in which they experience themselves, or their "Spirits",
traveling to other realms at will, and there obtaining
information and power with which to benefit others.   |

| Day to Day Itinerary: |
| Day 01: |
Your arrival to Kathmandu Airport & Transfer to Hotel.
Overnight at 4 star hotel in Kathmandu (Bed &
Breakfast). |
| Day 02: |
Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Durbar Square - The old
Palace Square, Swayambhunath - one of the oldest
Buddhist Shrines, Pashupatinath - the holiest Hindu
temple, Boudhanath, the biggest and one of the holiest
stupas. Overnight hotel (Bed & Breakfast). |
| Day 03: |
Jeep drive from
Kathmandu to
Bhangkhara Village (1400m.) via Dhading Bensi (120 k.m
from
Kathmandu). This place offers magnificent views of
landscape, typical Nepalese houses, snowy peaks of Manaslu,
Boudha Himal, and
Ganesh Himal Range.

| Day 04: |
Full Day sightseeing in the village, explore the real
customs of local peoples.
Shamanism Ceremony in the evening.
